I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind, and the room was large and comfortable with all the necessary facilities. However, some cleanliness issues and lighting problems affected my experience.

I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a nice clean bathroom and a good breakfast. However, the single glazed windows made my stay a bit miserable. The service was friendly and helpful, except for a minor issue with housekeeping. The location was convenient for exploring the main areas of St Ives but needed some maintenance. The dining experience was OK, but the quality could have been better.
